General

The Quick Navigation and Search app is always accessible within the lower right half of your browser window.

By clicking onto one of the icons, the menu will expand and show you tab-specific content. A second click onto the same icon will close the menu again.

Favorites

The "Favorites"-tab provides you quick and easy access to your currently favored spaces.

  • A simple click onto a space will navigate your browser directly to it.
  • Add and remove spaces from your favorites by using the default confluence star function beneath the space name in the sidebar or the space directory.

User search

The "User search"-tab allows you to swiftly access your favoured users and to search other users.

  • The search tab shows your favoured users as long,
  • as the search input is empty. As soon as you type, search results will be displayed.
  • By clicking onto the username,
    you will be directed to the users profile.
  • Add and remove users from your favorites
    by clicking onto the star icon beneath the username.
    An empty star icon indicates,
    that a user can be added to your favorites.
  • A filled star icon indicates,
    that the user already belongs to your favorites.

Links

The "Links"-tab provides access to up to nine predefined links to apps, websites, portals etc... Those links are defined globally by your administrator.

  • Simply click onto the link, you want to visit.
    These links will be opened in a new browser tab.



Allgemeines

Die Schnellnavigations- und Suchanwendung ist immer in der rechten unteren Hälfte Ihres Browserfensters verfügbar.

Durch Anklicken eines der Symbole wird das Menü erweitert und zeigt Seitenspezifische Inhalte an. Ein zweiter Klick auf das gleiche Symbol schließt das Menü wieder.

Favoriten


  • Ein einfacher Klick öffnet direkt die gewünschte Seite
  • Durch Klicken der Standart Stern Funktion in Confluence unter einem Bereich, können Bereiche zu den Favoriten hinzugefügt oder entfernt werden.

Benutzersuche

Über die Registerkarte "Benutzersuche" können Sie schnell auf Ihre bevorzugten Benutzer zugreifen und andere Benutzer suchen.

  • Das Suchfenster zeigt die favorisierten Benutzer solange an, bis man etwas in das Suchfenster eingibt. Dann werden die Suchergebnisse angezeigt.

  • Durch Anklicken eines Benutzernamens,
    wird man zum Benutzerprofil weitergeleitet.

  • Benutzer können durch das Klicken des Stern-Symbols zu den Favoriten hinzugefügt und entfernt werden.
  • Ein ausgefüllter Stern bedeutet, dass der Benutzer zu den Favoriten hinzugefügt ist.

Links

Die Registerkarte "Links" bietet Zugriff auf bis zu neun vordefinierte Links zu Apps, Websites, Portalen etc..... Diese Links werden von Ihrem Administrator global definiert.

  • Durch einen Klick auf ein Kästchen wird man direkt auf die gewünschte Seite weitergeleitet.
