General
The blogpost macro allows you to collect and display blogposts in a central customizable overview using the label feature of confluence.
1.0 Setting up a simple blogpost
1. First, you have to create a main page, on which you want to display your blogpost/blogposts.
2. Add a blogpost macro to the main page.

3. Configure the blogpost macro.

| list | If checked: The blogs with this label will be listed in a list instead of blogposts. |
| showlabels | If checked: Displays the labels entered into the labels field on the blogpost. |
| showshortdesc | If checked: The description will be shown below the heading. |
| showspace | If checked: Displays the space of the target page on the blogpost. |
| labels | Determines the label group to which the displayed blogposts have to belong to. All pages that have this label and contain an excerpt will be displayed as blogposts here. (If the amount of existing pages is higher than the amount of "maxelements", only the most recent pages will be taken. |

Each "Blogpost macro" represents one row of blogposts. To add multiple rows of blogpost you need to add one macro for each row. |
For this example, we will use the following settings: height: 500; width: 800; maxelements: 1; list: no; showlabels: yes; showshotdesc: yes; showspace: yes; labels: exampleBlogPost. The other settings were left at the default settings.
4. Add the macro and publish the page.

5. Create a blog for the blogpost content.
Select the type "Blog post".
Click "Create".
6. Add an "Excerpt" macro to the page.

7. Add content to the excerpt macro.
The following parts are important for the Blogpost:

8. Add the correct "Label" group to your blog. Click on the Label icon above the heading.
Now enter the correct label into the input field and click on "Add".

9. Publish the blog.
10. The blogpost is now visible on the page with the "Blogpost macro".

1. Create blogs with label groups (Chapter 1.0, step 5-9).
The following Table represents the sample Blogs we will use in this example.

2. Create a new Confluence page (normal page) and add a "Blogpost macro" (Chapter 1.0, step 1-2).
3. Configure the "Blogpost macro".

| If you want to display more than one blogpost in a row, you have to set the setting "maxelements" to more than one or to the desired amount. | ||
| The width and height is set per blogpost. That means if you set a height of 400 and a width of 200 e.g. and allow 2 blogposts, then the combined size of the blogposts will be 400 h x 400 w. | ||
If more than one blogposts is enabled. The macro will try to display the blog posts next to each other horizontally.

| If you want to display multiple blogposts below each other, add one "Blogpost macro" for each blogpost to the page and align them vertically (You can do that by pressing the enter Key). |
For this example we configured the "Blogpost macro" (1) the following way:

Insert the macro.
Note: The other settings are left at their default values.
4. (Optional) Adding another blogpost row. Create one more "Blogpost macro" and configure it the same way, except the labels. The the labels group has to be different from the other "Blogpost macro"s. This is important to prevent duplicated blogposts on the page.
Our second "Blogpost macro" is configured as the second(2) seen above,
5. Publish the page with the "Blogpost macro"s.
6. The blogposts are now visible:

Das Blog-Post-Makro ermöglicht es Ihnen, Blog-Posts in einer zentralen und anpassbaren Übersicht zu sammeln und anzuzeigen, indem Sie die Label-Funktion von Confluence verwenden.
1.0 Erstellen eines einfachen Blogposts
1. Als Erstes müssen sie eine leere Hauptseite zum anzeigen der Blogposts erstellen.

| labels | Bestimmt die Stichwörter Gruppe, zu welcher die Blogpost Zielseiten gehören müssen. Alle Seiten, welche zu dieser Stichwörter Gruppe gehören und einen Auszug enthalten werden als Blogpost angezeigt. (Wenn mehr Seiten in der Stichwörter Gruppe existieren als bei maxelements angegeben, werden die aktuellsten Blogs angezeigt. |

Jedes "Blogpost macro" representiert eine Reihe an Blogposts. Um mehrere Reihen an Blogposts untereinander anzuzeigen müssen Sie für jede Reihe ein neues Makro einfügen. |
Für dieses Beispiel werden hier folgende Einstellungen verwendet: height: 500; width: 800; maxelements: 1; list: no; showlabels: Ja; showshotdesc: Ja; showspace: Ja; labels: beispielBlogPost. Die restlichen Einstellungen werden auf ihrem Standard belassen.
4. Das Makro auf die Seite hinzufügen und die Seite veröffentlichen.

5. Einen Blog für den Blogpost anlegen.
Den Typ "Blog-Eintrag" auswählen.
Im Anschluss "Erstellen" klicken.
6. Einen Auszug einfügen.

7. Inhalt in den Auszug einfügen.
Die folgenden Bereiche sind wichtig für den Blogpost:

8. Dem Blog die richtige Stichwörter Gruppe zuweisen.
Nun muss die richtige Stichwörter Gruppe zugewiesen werden. Zum zuweisen auf "Hinzufügen" drücken.

9. Den Blog veröffentlichen.
10. Der Blogpost ist nun auf der Seite mit dem "Blogpost macro" zu sehen.
1.1 Erstellen einer erweiterten Blogpost Seite

| In diesem dokumentations Kapitel werden wir als Beispiel eine 2x2 Blogpost Hauptseite erstellen. |
1. Blogs mit Stichwörter Gruppen erstellen (Kapitel 1.0, Schritte 5-9)
Die folgende Tabelle zeigt die Einstellungen der Beispiel Blogs, welche wir in diesem Beispiel verwenden (Die Sprache spielt hier keine Rolle, da es variable Texte sind).

2. Erstellen einer neuen Confluence Seite (normale Seite) und Hinzufügen vom "Blogpost macro" (Kapitel 1.0, Schritte 1-2).
3. Konfiguration des "Blogpost macro"s

| Wenn mehr als ein Blogpost in einer Reihe dargestellt werden soll, müssen in der Einstellung "maxelements" mehr als 1 oder ein gewollter Wert eingetragen werden. | ||
| Die Beite(width) und die Höhne(height) werden pro Blogpost gesetzt. Das bedeutet das bspw. bei 2 Blogposts mit einer gesetzten Höhe von 400 und Breite von 200 die tatsächliche Höhe 400 und Breite 400 beträgt. Dies lieg darand das die blogs nebeneinander dargestellt werden. | ||
Wenn mehr als 1 Blogpost aktiviert ist wird das Makro versuchen die Blogposts horizontal nebeneinander darzustellen.

| Wenn mehrere Blogposts untereinander dargestellt werden sollen, fügen Sie für jeden Blogpost ein eigenes Makro ein, und positionieren sie diese untereinander (Mit der Enter Taste). |
Für dieses Beispiel haben wir das "Blogpost macro" (1) folgendermaßen konfiguriert:

Im Anschluss muss das Makro eingefügt werden.
Info: Die nicht zu sehenden Einstellungen wurden bei ihrem Standard belassen.
4. (Optional) Hinzufügen einer weiteren Blogpost Reihe. Erstellen eines neuen "Blogpost macro"s und geliche konfiguration der Einstellungen außer der "labels"(Stichwörter Gruppen), diese muss sich von der Gruppe des ersten Makros unterscheiden. Dies ist wichtig um doppeltes Anzeigen der gleichen Blogposts zu vermeiden.
Unser zweites "Blogpost macro" wird wie das zweite Makro(2) konfiguriert wie oben zu sehen.
5. Veröffentlichen der Seite mit den "Blogpost macro"s.
